Cheese Omelet Nutrition Facts

Early in morning, people do not have time to prepare time-taking breakfast. Cheese omelet is a best option to be prepared quickly. If you are not diet conscious then add bacon, sausage or other meat to make it more delicious. Otherwise, preference can be given to cheeses, sharp cheddar, Monterey jack, mozzarella, goat cheese or even warm cheese to enhance taste. If you want to bring new taste to it then dried or fresh herbs can be mixed in it.

The recipe I follow to make cheese omelet is to put 2 tbsp of butter in nonstick skillet over medium height. Take 3 eggs and blend them with blender for a minute. Add some salt, ground black pepper and dried herbs. Pour this mixture into pan and cook for 3 minutes until it mixture begins to set. Toss omelet by using plastic spatula. Turn it to opposite side, cook for 1 minute, and then sprinkle cheese in the center of the omelet. Let it be melted for 30 second and take out on the plate.
