Pancake is also the mixture of egg and dairy mixture. Its shape is thin, flat and round. Pancake is liked in many countries. We think it is modern dish but it is not true. Sometimes it is made of cornmeal or wheat flour etc. Technology was not advanced so ancient people used to bake it on fireplace but now ovens are available so ‘NO WORRIES’. For children jam pancake will be a good option.
