Napa cabbage resembles to regular green cabbage in Asia. It is long and oval-shaped. As compared to other cabbage, Napa has more protein and fewer calories and in taste, it is like bok choy. Steamed Napa cabbage has fewer calories that are why it is good for health. It is a treasure of getting zinc, vitamin A, C and calcium. The recipe that I use is to have one onion, Napa cabbage and vinegar by adding flavor of cabbage.  It is a favorite vegetable of Chinese people.

Moreover, they eat it often. For the stirring –fry of Napa cabbage, its 20-25 leaves should be peeled off and remaining green leafy part should be cut till you find white stems. White stem piece needs to be cut into two-inch piece. Pour some peanut oil in fry pan and make it heated. Cook Napa cabbage till it gets soft and then you may add stir-fry sauce.
