Rice noodles are another mouthwatering dish. It is made from the rice flour just in the same way as other noodles are made from wheat flour. It contains no saturated fat and is cooked with less oil. Using oil with unsaturated fat does not make it unhealthy food.  They are available in various forms like fresh, frozen or dried. If, sometimes you want to have different type of noodles, then a sumptuous meal has perfect composition.

I have personally liked rice noodles cooked with red beans and I m sure no one can deny this dish. However, noodles are good source of protein but rice noodles have not as mush protein as wheat noodles have. It can be served either before meal as a soup dish or you may add it in meal as addition.
